1. Who we are

NNOVAE TECHWORX (Pty) Ltd (“NNOVAE TECHWORX”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is the responsible party for any personal information you submit through it.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we store the following:

  • your name and email address
  • your message
  • optional company / organisation name
  • for audience-specific forms: municipality, province, and role
  • the form variant you submitted (e.g. early-access, official)
  • a timestamped record that you consented to this policy
  • the source IP address used to submit the form (for abuse prevention)

We do not use cookies for tracking and we do not load third-party analytics.

3. Why we collect it

The lawful basis is your consent (POPIA s11(1)(a) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation you initiated.

4. How long we keep it

Submissions are retained for 24 monthsfrom receipt, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 7).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with transport encryption. We may share with service providers strictly required to operate the site (hosting, error monitoring) under written confidentiality terms.

6. Where it is stored

Data may be processed outside South Africa where our hosting providers operate. We rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate information
  • request deletion of your information
  • withdraw consent at any time
  • lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa)

8. Changes to this policy

We will update the version number above when this policy changes materially. Continued use of the contact form after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
